Refund Process
Please reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@tellisim.com and provide the necessary details. We will process the refund request and respond to you with next steps.
If your refund is approved, we will send the refund amount to your original payment method or store credit, however we will deduct a transaction fee of $5 or 30% of the order value (whichever is greater).
Eligible Refunds
Change of Plans
For any reasons your plan changes and you want to get a refund. Return the unused eSIM. The eSIM should not have been activated and has been purchased in the last 6 months.
Incompatible or locked phone
The eSIM should not have been activated and you should not have scanned the QR code. In addition to this please send us the screen of the phone to verify the incompatibility.
Connectivity Issues
If the eSIM does not work and has connectivity issues, please contact us during the travel trip so that we can help. In case you have completed the trip, we may look at the request on a case by case basis and will at our discretion issue a partial refund.
